Who is James McCabe?
The Founder of The Placements Funds is a connector, investor, capital raiser, sales leader, and public speaker. Having bought his first rental property at the age of 19, James has been involved in the industry for nearly two decades. His diverse experience in real estate includes acquisitions, rehab, renovation, and flip projects. James also owned a service company that served some of the largest Single-Family Rental REITs and Multifamily managers across the country. James was instrumental in the growth of the organization which saw a nearly $50 Million dollar growth in annual revenue. While serving as an owner and an Executive VP he led the opening of 13 locations in 8 states across the US. He has raised over $150 million for real estate ventures. James is passionate about helping families, individuals, and businesses grow their wealth through passive income. With a particular love for Investment Funds and Multifamily apartment complexes, James is on a mission to help people retire the way they’ve always imagined.
